Computer support technician

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Computer Support Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity if you are passionate about providing exceptional IT support and enjoy working in a structured, standardized environment. This position requires you to have competent computer and network technical support skills (i.e., not programming or other software development; we do not do any of that work).

To be considered for this role, you should have at least one year of experience supporting small to medium-sized business IT or general IT help desk experience. Certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, IT Fundamentals+, and Essentials+, are a requirement, if not immediately, within a short time of being employed in this position. Excellent spoken and written communication skills and strong troubleshooting abilities are critical for this role. You should also be able to document and track your work in our ticketing system accurately and have with you, during your work days, a reliable vehicle with active insurance for onsite customer visits during any work day. A 100% clear criminal background (bondable) and punctual attendance are also essential. You will need to communicate and demonstrate your overall technical curiosity and self-motivation for learning and growing in your knowledge and skills around technology.
We are not currently recruiting for remote workers; the position will be in our Kamloops office.
