To be considered for this role, you should have at least one year of experience supporting small-medium business IT or general IT help desk experience. Certifications, such as MCP or higher, are a plus but not a requirement. Excellent spoken and written communication skills and strong troubleshooting abilities are critical for this role. You should also be able to accurately document and track your work in our ticketing system and have a reliable vehicle with active insurance for onsite customer visits during any work day. A 100% clear criminal background (bondable) and punctual attendance are also essential.
